Each wing also has an open-plan dining area flowing from the lounge, furnished with clover form tables (allowing easy access for wheelchairs) and dining chairs that have supporting armrests. These areas cater for the small group of consumers living in that wing.
All dining areas have a small kitchenette modernized and fully renovated in 2020 for consumers or visitors convenience. The kitchenettes have plumbed filtered boiling water, chilled filtered water and complimentary refreshments.
A staff office is located in each lounge/dining area to ensure ready accessibility of trained and experience care staff.
